Independent Consultant Referral Program

Sunny Days is now offering incentive opportunities for referring Independent Contractors in Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy.  As we continue to expand, we are seeking new consultants who can provide Early Intervention services in Bucks, Chester, Delaware & Philadelphia Counties. Any OT/PT/SLP that you refer to Sunny Days who is interviewed and contracted/hired will result in a $200.00 bonus to you upon completion of their first twenty (20) hours of billable service (or completion of 90 day probationary period for employees).   If you need additional referral forms, please give us a call at 610-449-1600.

                                                           

Guidelines:

1. All currently active Sunny Days Independent Consultants / Employees are eligible to participate
2. If more than one person refers the same candidate, the first referral received will be honored
3. Awards will not be made for previously identified candidates

Procedures:

1. When referring a candidate, the consultant / employee MUST:
1. Complete an Independent Consultant Referral Recommendation Form
2. Forward the completed form to Sunny Days at One N. Belfield Ave., Havertown, PA 19083 or fax the form to 610-449-2655 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting            610-449-2655      end_of_the_skype_highlighting or email it to jcampbell@sunnydays.com
2. Award payments will be included in a separate check and will be subject to all applicable taxes
